Please allow for 48 hours after completing your payment for us to process your order.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we cannot guaranteeing delivery dates. Some orders may be faster, or slower depending on the location of recipient.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
How do I track my order?
After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #*** is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email. You can also access tracking information by visiting our Tracking page. Simply paste in your tracking number, and see the status of your shipment. Shipping will take 15-20 business days, so please do not email about not receiving your package until the 3-4 weeks have passed. Please note after receiving your tracking number it can take up to 2-3 days for the tracking to update and come online.Sometimes orders can become delayed for various reasons. Random checks through customs, weather, postage strikes. Please note that tracking will be updated once your package gets scanned again once it moves to its next warehouse on its pathway to you. If your package is delayed due to external shipping companies, there is no way for us to speed this process up for you.
